The river stone basin is absolutely stunning, although it will be a while before ours is installed.
Your service was great and delivery prompt (well packed item). FYI – the delivery person left the package outside our front gate, then drove off without calling out to notify. Strange, as gate was noticeably unlocked and we were home.
I do have a gripe about your online purchasing system, which advertises “FREE SHIPPING TO MOST PLACES NATIONWIDE”. After making a purchase I was emailed my order info showing payment for the item and free shipping (Darwin address). A couple of days later, I received an email indicating there would be a shipping charge - $120. I rang to query and was informed that the free shipping doesn’t apply to NT, WA, SA and TAS.
I appreciate there being a cost, due to long distance, and would have appreciated being informed, up front. I believe the wording of your free shipping ad is false advertising. I’d suggest that your website boldly advertises that the free shipping does not apply to, NT, WA, SA, TAS.
In closing, I am very pleased I went ahead with purchasing one of your river stone basins.

I came across this site accidently and was intrigued by the range and could envision one of these unique basins being a perfect feature for my all-white bathroom. I live in Melbourne so a bit apprehensive about taking the plunge. Am so glad I did as the basin looks fabulous and is more like a piece of art then a practical necessity. It was delivered much quicker than I expected and in perfect condition. Very happy to recommend this product and business.
